NLP Breakthrough Experience
NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) breakthrough sessions are highly focused coaching sessions that cater to your individual goals, providing an accelerated path to achieving them. These intensive sessions are tailored to your needs, providing the necessary momentum to expedite your progress in both personal and professional domains.
NLP breakthrough sessions are ideal for individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, and those seeking to overcome their fears. These sessions offer targeted support and guidance, helping individuals navigate through these challenges and achieve personal growth and empowerment. Alternatively, this can be broken into seven sessions of about 1.5 hours each, over 6 weeks.
How long before you will get results?
In some situations, it takes longer as this depends on how present and committed each participant is. It can also vary based on how quickly or slowly each participant works through each step in the process with their registered NLP trainer.
In breakthrough we are looking for root causes of your limiting beliefs, limiting decisions and emotions that are blocking you from growth, taking control and being more self-assured (i.e., more success, more happiness, and healthier living).
NLP Breakthroughs help us to recognise the patterns that are not serving us, that we need to reframe through the rewiring of our neuro pathways. This changes the story from the root cause and implants new thinking, thus implanting new habits quickly and effectively.
Keep in mind, emotions will still be present in your life as every emotion has two sides (good and bad) however the root cause will be disconnected.
The mind can hold onto negative emotions which keep us safe and protect us from danger, but only because it hasn’t done the process to release them. What negative emotions actually do, is harm the body because they block energy flow into the body and prevent us from thinking clearly, and negative emotions like anger, sadness, fear, hurt and guilt are also linked to different physiological diseases in the body.
Note, it’s not the emotions that are protecting us, it’s the learnings that keeps us safe and take care of us and it’s the learnings which allow us to grow so we can be healthy and become what we choose to be. The same approach is done for limiting beliefs and limiting decisions.
